About the Team

Our remote support service has allowed the organisations we have supported to perform highly time-consuming tasks and activities outside the 9-5 timeframe, thereby increasing their productivity. 9. Housing-related health and well-being

Providing information and referrals to support services related to housing-related health issues, mental health, and social well-being.

Providing guidance on financial matters such as budgeting, accessing housing benefits or grants, and exploring affordable housing options.

Offering support and advice to individuals or families at risk of homelessness, helping them access housing resources and services to maintain stable accommodation..

Guiding residents through the process of applying for social housing, understanding eligibility criteria, and supporting them in navigating the application process.

10. Housing education and empowerment

Conducting workshops, training sessions, and awareness campaigns to empower residents with knowledge and skills to make informed decisions about their housing situations.

Although we may work more hours than contracted, our productivity is higher due to fewer distractions, greater autonomy over our work, and the lack of a daily commute. A point to remember, our remote support associates are less likely to report sick time off, and their stress levels are well managed. And having us on the team reduces the turnover rate within organisations, and those organisations get to retain in-house expertise, thereby reducing costs.
